Client Relations & Operational Support
A brief introduction
I provide administration support for Steve Missen.
I also assist with the day to day running of the office and everything that might entail including post, procedures, training, meeting client’s that visit the office, and speaking to clients and product providers on the telephone.
I ensure all our back office information is completely up to date and track through all new business from start to finish for our clients.
I started working with Steve Missen back in 1989 when we were Dove Financial Management based in Bradford on Avon. I did leave the financial industry for a brief period of 3 years, but missed the daily challenges and returned to work with Steve again in 2001
My role during this time has mainly been client service orientated and I enjoy the many long standing client relationships I have built up.
I regularly undertake both in-house and external training to ensure my understanding and knowledge of products within the industry is kept up to date.
Supporting Advisor Functions
Since I have retired, my wife and I needed to work with an Independent Financial Advice firm who we could rely on to advise us on a range of personal finance matters. Monahans Wealth Management suited us ideally, since not only are they local to us but because of their accountancy connection they also have a range of in-house experts to cater for our ever changing requirements. Working with Monahans WM enables us to find answers to our questions quickly, freeing us up to enjoy our retirement!
