With over 20 years experience, my financial services career began in a large financial organisation in Bristol where I spent 7 years, gaining valuable knowledge and experience on the life and corporate pensions markets, both as an administrator and as a trainer. I then progressed into sales as a Long Term Care specialist, before leaving to spend a year working as an IFA.
In 2001 I joined an IFA Network where I became a Training & Competence Supervisor within the Compliance Department. My role involved monitoring the ongoing competence of a team of advisers and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, as well as delivering training and coaching to individuals and groups and providing analytical support to the overall compliance function.
I joined the Monahans Wealth Management's Technical Support team in May 2010.
