MFSL a part of the Monahans Group are Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) for both personal and business clients providing expert financial advice from a number of offices across the West of England.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in our Swindon Office.
We are currently looking for a part time Sales Support to work a minimum of 15 hours/week and maximum of 18 hours per week over 5 days.
The successful candidate will be pro-active and experienced and will assist our IFAs in delivering business objectives. You will be involved in the processing of new business, supporting the IFAs in building and developing both effective client and insurance company relationships. Your role will be responsible for making appointments and preparing the adviser for client meetings. In addition you will act as the first point of contact, dealing with servicing items and identifying sales opportunities as well as providing excellent administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar environment, excellent organisation, technical and customer service skills as well as being computer literate. A team player, you will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner as well as good levels of initiative and the ability to work without constant supervision.
